“The bungalow concept here certainly appeals, particularly the royal bungalows with their semi-private pools, even if complete privacy proves elusive. I see a family-friendly emphasis too, with the mini aqua park and spacious grounds near El Gouna drawing families in. While some aspects, such as inconsistent service and average food, need attention, the location and unique bungalow design offer undeniable appeal.”

a pretty good experience
cute reception helpful reception excellent housekeeping building work concrete powder dust issue
mr. hamdi at the reception was very cute. ms. yasmine at the reception was helpful, i must say. mahmoud at housekeeping was excellent. we loved the clean room, and the service was also great. there was a direct access to lagoon as a private location, it was amazing.
we weren't told about the building work, and that was frustrating. tractors were driving a small road in the hotel, dumping concrete powder. this caused lots of dust.

The boat trip to the beach ran hourly. Breakfast was lovely, with fresh smoothies. The egg station offered waffles and pancakes. The room was clean and the view was lovely. It overlooked the lagoon. I stayed in room 223.
The noise from downtown was horrendous in the evening. It really ruined my holiday.
