The food was varied and tasty in all the restaurants. The staff in the restaurants were quick and cheerful. I especially liked the breakfast (it had fresh smoothies and an egg station!). The room was clean and the view looked out onto the lagoon.
The hotel needs some updating in parts.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to downtown with bars and restaurants. zaytouna island is easily accessible via a free boat. It runs hourly. i found sunbeds thanks to ayman. the room boy in block 1 did a great job, the room was always super clean.

the room was a family suite bungalow lagoon view. it was spacious, great. the lagoon view was amazing and i enjoyed it. the cleaner did a really good job keeping the room super clean every day.
the gym could use a few more updates.

The team at the front desk provided really good service! i found them very friendly and always ready to help with any questions i had. the groundskeepers maintained the gardens beautifully. I noticed they worked tirelessly to keep everything pristine. i especially liked the complimentary boat service to the beach. It added such a fun touch to my daily routine. the bar staff always remembered my usual drink. It.
i thought the gym equipment could use a bit of updating.

My lagoon bungalow featured a jacuzzi. I found it very spacious. i noticed it included a private outdoor pool. the air conditioning worked efficiently. It maintained a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. towels were replaced daily.

The breakfast buffet offered fresh juice. I saw at least two options every morning. i liked the omelette station. It allowed for custom-made orders. the egyptian restaurant served generous portions. The food was AMAZING!!! there were different theme nights. I found the variety excellent.

The cleaning staff always greeted me with a smile. I considered them very attentive. the waiters at the pool provided quick service. I never had to wait long for a drink. the front desk manager was kind. I thought he. staff quickly addressed my concerns.

I saw three pools. They all was well kept. a free shuttle took guests to the nearby beach. The journey took only a few minutes. the hotel included a small shop. I noticed it sold basic necessities. evening entertainment occurred several times a week.

The boat trip to the beach ran hourly. Breakfast was lovely, with fresh smoothies. The egg station offered waffles and pancakes. The room was clean and the view was lovely. It overlooked the lagoon. I stayed in room 223.
The noise from downtown was horrendous in the evening. It really ruined my holiday.

The location was convenient. It was close to downtown. staff at reception were helpful! we appreciated the room update a lot. breakfast was nice, with several options.
the hotel needs an upgrade. basic rooms had broken doors. this resembled a dodgy motel. glass stair panels were missing, which i found worrying. pool tiles were cracked, and sharp.
